MARKETING INTERN FOR A 5 STARS HOTEL

Our five-star hotel is seeking to hire a skilled and experienced individual to join our team. Our hotel is renowned for providing guests with exceptional service, luxurious amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere.

If you are passionate about hospitality, have excellent customer service skills, and have strong attention to detail, we would like to hear from you.

Daily Tasks & Duties

  • Assist with developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote the hotel and its services
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and recommend strategies to reach them
  • Create and update content for the hotel’s website and social media platforms
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote packages and promotions to attract new guests
  • Support the organization and coordination of events hosted by the hotel
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements
  • Assist with maintaining the customer database and conducting customer satisfaction surveys
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing department as needed.

Education & Prerequisites

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and ideally, additional languages
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to draw insights and recommendations
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn
