DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT FOR A HOLDING COMPANY

As a Marketing Assistant, you will report directly to the Marketing Manager. You will assist the Business Development & Marketing department in its daily tasks (administration and communication).

Daily Tasks & Duties

  • Community Management
  • Assist the marketing team in the development of publications, newsletters, website content, pitches, etc.
  • Perform accurate data entry into databases, search for missing information
  • Creation and monitoring of promotional campaigns
  • Proposing innovative and creative marketing actions to meet customer needs
  • Managing publications and interactions on social networks
  • Other tasks may be assigned depending on availability and circumstances.

Education & Prerequisites

  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills.
  • Familiar with MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint and keen to lean other softwares.
  • Organized, ambitious, creative, proactive, perseverant, good attention to detail, and not afraid to give new ideas.
