Daily Tasks & Duties

Assisting in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures and flyers, to promote the company’s properties.
Helping to manage the company’s social media accounts, creating posts and engaging with followers.
Assisting in the creation of email campaigns to promote properties and generate leads.
Helping to create and implement an SEO strategy to improve the company’s visibility online.
Researching potential partners, such as hotels and tour operators, to create partnerships that will help promote the company’s properties.
Helping to organize and plan events, such as open houses and networking events, to promote the company and its properties.
Assisting in the management of the company’s website, updating property listings and ensuring that all information is accurate.
Assisting in the preparation of presentations and reports for clients and potential investors.
Helping to create and manage a budget for marketing and advertising efforts.
Assisting in the creation of a content marketing strategy to promote the company and its properties through blog post and article writing.

Education & Prerequisites

Can communicate fluently in English
An interest in commercial real estate industry
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (excel, ppt, word)
