Daily Tasks & Duties
- Perform daily administrative duties to maintain the smooth operation and coordination of the department’s activities.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events as well as traditional and digital marketing campaigns, and attend these events to help ensure their success.
- Create marketing materials (brochures, press releases, etc.) to strengthen the company’s market presence.
- Support marketing executives in managing and delivering various projects.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer feedback from surveys and rating reports.
- Utilize marketing analytics tools to collect and interpret key data, particularly from social media.
- Prepare and deliver engaging promotional presentations.
- Write and publish online content for the company’s website and social media channels.
- Communicate directly with clients and encourage long-term relationships.
Education & Prerequisites
- Proven experience as a marketing assistant
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
- Exquisite communication and people skills
- High School diploma; BSc in Marketing, Business, or relevant field is a strong advantage
