Daily Tasks & Duties
- Assist senior architects in the design process, including sketching, drafting, and model-making.
- Conduct research on building codes, zoning regulations, and other design-impacting factors.
- Participate in site visits to assess existing conditions, gather data, and take measurements.
- Prepare construction documents such as plans, elevations, details, specifications, and reports.
- Use basic Revit skills to create and update architectural models.
- Collaborate with design team members (architects, engineers, contractors) to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
- Support presentations and client meetings by creating visual aids, handouts, and other materials.
Education & Prerequisites
- High proficiency in Revit
- Background in architecture
- Serious and motivated
- Good understanding of the English language
