The Candidate Profile
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Engineering student interested in foreign (Bali) residential construction and renovation. The ideal candidate should be pursuing a degree in civil engineering or a related field, and demonstrate a strong interest in residential design, project management, and site supervision. Key qualities include a willingness to learn, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective teamwork. During this internship, you’ll assist with design plans, support project managers on site, participate in consultations, and contribute to quality assurance processes. Daily Tasks & Duties
- Assist in the development and construction of industrial, manufacturing, and residential complexes, along with associated site infrastructure.
- Collaborate with project teams comprising experts from various disciplines
- Facilitate the coordination of design input and annotations from the civil engineering team.
- Aid in the creation of civil engineering design drawings, plans, profiles, and sections.
- Apply and enhance civil design standards and particulars.
- Cultivate and enhance design skills while deepening your grasp of engineering principles.
Education & Prerequisites
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for analyzing engineering challenges and project requirements.
- Good verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, contractors, and clients.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating a willingness to learn and take initiative.
