Daily Tasks & Duties
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, including identifying project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that project tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Identify potential project risks and develop risk management plans to minimize their impact on project success.
- Coordinate with various departments and teams to ensure that the necessary resources (such as personnel, equipment, and materials) are available to complete the project.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders (including customers, vendors, and partners) to ensure that they are informed and engaged throughout the project.
- Track project progress against the plan, identify variances, and report on project status to management and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement quality control processes
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, change requests, and other project-related documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with the team to implement changes that will improve project outcomes.
- Depending on the needs of the company, they may be asked to perform other tasks related to project management, engineering, or business development.
Education & Prerequisites
- Enrollment in a relevant engineering program (Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering, or a related field).
- Basic knowledge of electric vehicle systems, battery technology, and electric propulsion.
- Familiarity with CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA
- Understanding of electrical circuits and systems.
- Strong ability to analyze technical issues and come up with innovative solutions
- Capability to assist in the design, testing, and optimization of electric vehicle components.
- Ability to collaborate with team members, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and documentation.
- Genuine interest in electric vehicles, sustainable transportation, and reducing environmental impact.
- Basic knowledge of project management principles.
- Should complete a one month training at the Jakarta HQ before relocating to Bali.
