Daily Tasks & Duties
- Responsible for overseeing and improving daily floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Monitor service flow and proactively identify and resolve operational issues
- Assist in meetings to discuss observations made during floor assessments
- Provide insights and feedback to identify areas for operational improvement
- Contribute creative ideas to boost sales and optimize current promotions
Education & Prerequisites
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Hospitality, Tourism, Food & Beverage Service, Hotel Management, or related fields.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Positive attitude, good manners, and eagerness to learn and adapt to a dynamic hospitality environment.
- Ability to work both well in a team
