The Right Candidate

The ideal candidate for this internship is passionate about digital marketing and health & wellness industries, with keen interest in fitness trends and community engagement. Candidates should have skills or enthusiasm in social media management, content creation, digital advertising, and data analysis to support marketing campaigns tailored to a health-conscious audience. The role requires creativity, initiative, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, wellness-driven environment. This internship provides valuable experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies while contributing to the growth of a leading fitness and wellness brand in Bali.

Daily Tasks & Duties

  • Develop engaging content for Social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Focusing on gym updates, success stories, wellness tips, or highlighting fitness classes.
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of the gym, staff, events, and members.
  • Collaborating on marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving engagement, particularly through digital platforms.​
  • Customer Engagement and Feedback Collection
  • Market and Competitor Research
  • Administrative Support and Reporting

Education & Prerequisites

  • Education and Skills in Marketing/Communications
  • Proficient with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, with a basic understanding of content trends for each.
  • Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing data related to sustainability trends and initiatives
  • Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content (photos, videos, captions).
  • Basic skills in Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar tools for creating graphics, flyers, and social media assets.
  • Proficient in crafting clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messages for social media, email newsletters, and promotional content.
  • Ability to organize and manage a content calendar for timely posting and campaign launches.
