The Right Candidate

The ideal candidate is passionate about communication within the broadcasting and media production sector, with strong verbal and written communication skills. You will support communication efforts between creative teams and clients, assist with project updates, and help craft clear, engaging messaging to enhance client relationships and brand narratives. Familiarity with digital communication tools, social media platforms, and content creation concepts is a plus. This internship offers hands-on experience in communication management and media marketing within Bali’s vibrant creative production sector, providing a solid foundation for a career in media communications and production. 

Daily Tasks & Duties

  • Content Creation
  • Editing videos, photos, and audio files to meet brand standards and client needs
  • Handling post-production tasks such as sound mixing, visual effects, and color
    correction
  • Scheduling and posting content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,
    LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Engaging with the audience, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring
    social media performance
  • Developing and executing social media strategies to increase audience engagement and brand awareness

Education & Prerequisites

  • Strong writing and editing skills are essential for roles in content creation, copywriting, or journalism.
  • Business/Marketing Degree
  • Understanding how to leverage social media platforms for content distribution and audience engagement is critical, especially in digital media
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A good level of English
