The Right Candidate
The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury travel, community engagement, and digital marketing. Candidates should be skilled in social media management and content creation, with the ability to nurture and grow vibrant online communities across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. You will assist in developing and executing community engagement strategies, coordinating virtual and in-person events, and supporting brand storytelling efforts. Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills are essential. This internship offers valuable real-world experience in community management, marketing, and event coordination tailored to the luxury travel industry, providing a unique opportunity to build a professional portfolio and network in Bali’s luxury tourism market.
Daily Tasks & Duties
- Work alongside CEO in creating a content strategy for TikTok, Reels, IG and FB
- Build a content calendar for scheduling/publishing content
- Social listening (i.e. monitor latest trends and adapt strategy accordingly)
- Supporting influencer marketing efforts (such as identifying and selecting influencers, reposting content, and engaging with influencer posts)
- Community management
- Creating and/or curating content (taking photos, writing copy, designing, or modifying graphics, editing videos, finding UGC content, and contributing to editorial content)
- Creating campaign plans for business and marketing priorities (e.g. new trip launches, rebrands, awareness campaigns, contests, etc.)
Education & Prerequisites
- Passionate about travel
- Possess graphic design & video editing skills and own laptop
- Comfortable managing a fast-growing community
- Demonstrate an understanding of Paid Ads (FB, TikTok, Google)
- Possess great written and spoken English
- Be confident creating content and coming up with fresh ideas
- A willingness to learn and develop
